Title:

Evaluation of the Impact of the Uganda Public Health Bulletin (UPHB), to determine its reach and relevance to target audiences.

Introduction:

You are invited to participate in an evaluation study of the Uganda Public Health Bulletin (UPHB). The UPHB has been in existence for 9 years now, publishing articles and upcoming events on matters concerning public health such as disease outbreak investigations, public health surveillance, and interventions aimed at detecting, preventing and responding to public health events in Uganda. You have been chosen to take part in this survey due to your active participation and contributions to the field of disease prevention and public health. Your feedback is essential for understanding the bulletin's reach, relevance, and influence on public health decision-making and improving its future publications.

Objective:

The objective of this survey is to evaluate the UPHB impact to improve its reach and relevance to our target audiences.

Important Information:

  • Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary.
  • You are free to decline or withdraw from the survey at any point without facing any consequences.
  • There will be no compensation attached to your participation in this interview.
  • This survey will take an estimated completion time of 10-15 minutes.
  • All responses will be treated with strict confidentiality and used only for evaluation purposes.
  • Data will be aggregated and anonymized, ensuring that no individual responses are identifiable.
